Weight loss is a very individual thing and there are many reasons why people have difficulty losing weight. I address each individual’s needs in the sessions. After the 3 sessions are done, many people continue coming to me for additional support but it is not required. There is much to cover and learn. I am about empowerment of my clients, not dependency. I give my clients everything I can for them to be successful. I can not guarantee results because that would imply this is only something I am doing to you and the outcome is based on me. It isn’t. It is a partnership and we work together to get you to your goals. My clients have a lot of success and it is rare to have someone that it does not work on. I am writing because my parents Pat & Steve Wickham worked with you for weight loss. I too have weight to lose, but more so, a mind to get into healthy living. I would like information from you regarding the expense that this will be and the carryover. I know my parents were very good for quite a while, but the bad habits came back…just as mine eventually do. I am 40 years old, and I know that losing weight is a lifestyle change. I do like my sweets, but would like to be able to have 1 and crave no more. I am not sure that is even possible, but ultimately I would like to lose 40 pounds some way, some how. I have 4 children and after school activities galore, so eating healthy is not always the fastest thing to do. I need to figure out how to make time for health. Please let me know some prices, your recommendations, and your availability for Tuesday after school hours or preferably Monday/Friday mornings. How long to do these sessions last?
